The Role
To manage the overall cost, programme and quality responsibility of assigned projects, mitigating all risks to deliver excellent project outcomes for our clients.
- Responsible for delivering achievement of project objectives, all whilst driving continuous leadership and operational excellence across RCC.
- A passion and commitment to deliver outstanding results and to continually improve against expectations actively seeking feedback from peers and teams.
- Ability to articulate and personally demonstrate RCC company culture and values in all dealings with internal and external stakeholders. Believe in, communicate and support the company vision and strategic objectives.
- Senior decision-making responsibility on any project related issues deferring to the General Manager, Operations Sydney the CEO. This role sits on the Sydney Leadership team and contributes to the overall success of the division.

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor of Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent tertiary qualification.
- Diploma in Construction or trade-based qualification considered.
- Certificate IV in Frontline Management (desirable).
- Demonstrated experience in project management within the construction industry.
