Construction Manager - TCASizewell C

Location: Sizewell C, Leiston, Suffolk (5 days a week with some weekends)

Employment type: Permanent full-time

Salary: £75,000 - £90,000 - depending on experience

Benefits:

About the Role

We're looking for an exceptional Construction Manager to lead the safe and successful delivery of major construction and civil engineering works on one of the UK's most significant infrastructure projects.

Working within a complex, highly regulated environment, you'll manage Tier 1 contractors, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and drive performance across safety, quality, cost, and programme objectives.


What We're Looking For

  • Ideally proven experience delivering major construction or infrastructure projects.
  • Background in civil engineering, structures, concrete, drainage, highways, or groundworks.
  • Experience managing Tier 1 contractors and project teams.
  • Strong knowledge of NEC and/or FIDIC contracts.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of CDM Regulations and construction methodologies.
  • Track record of delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Qualifications

Essential:

  • SMSTS
  • CSCS Site Manager Card

Desirable:

  • Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
  • Chartered status or working towards chartership.
