An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Site Manager / Construction Manager to lead the civils delivery on a major energy infrastructure project in Doncaster.
Working for a respected civil engineering contractor delivering works on behalf of a Tier 1 contractor, you'll play a key leadership role, overseeing multiple work fronts and managing a team of 6β8 Site Supervisors to ensure safe, efficient and high-quality project delivery.
With additional schemes already secured, this role offers the opportunity to move straight onto future projects following successful delivery.

Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of all civils works across the project.
- Manage and support a team of 6β8 Site Supervisors.
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and within budget.
- Coordinate subcontractors and interface with the wider project team.
- Drive programme, quality and HSE performance across all site activities.
- Report on progress and provide leadership throughout the construction phase.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager or Construction Manager.
- Strong civils background with experience in groundworks, drainage and ducting.
- Experience leading multiple site teams on major infrastructure or energy projects.
- SMSTS.
- Valid CSCS Card.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ideally based within commuting distance of Doncaster.
