Enerpro

Enerpro is a fast-growing specialist engineering and construction business in offshore energy. We're looking for a Construction Manager to take full ownership of our Construction Division - not to manage projects within an existing structure, but to build that structure from the ground up.

This is a newly created, senior role reporting to the Operations Manager and working closely with the MD. You'll take complete ownership of construction activity across the business: commercial performance, client relationships, technical delivery, and the people who make it all happen.

What you'll be doing

  • Own construction delivery end to end, from planning through to safe, on-time completion
  • Drive the financial performance of the division - revenue, margin, utilisation, forecasting
  • Build and lead a competent team as the division grows
  • Coach and develop Project Engineers, Supervisors, and future leaders
  • Lead tenders and pricing, and support business development
  • Act as the primary client interface for construction work
  • Set the standards, systems, and procedures the division will run on

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
