We're Hiring - Construction Manager
Barrett Industrial Cooling has established itself as a trusted provider of high-quality Cooling Tower Services, offering end to end expertise from Installation to Maintenance and Specialist support.
We are currently looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our team and lead the delivery of high-quality projects across our portfolio. This role blends practical on-site leadership with effective co-ordination between clients, site teams and head office. You will play a central part in ensuring our projects run safely, smoothly and to the high standards our customers expect.

About the Role
As a Construction Manager, you will oversee the daily site operations, ensuring compliance with drawings, method statements, and company processes. You will drive progress, lead site meetings and work proactively to resolve challenges as they arise. Supporting and developing colleagues will also be a key part of your role, helping strengthen capability across the team.
Requirements
We are looking for someone with:
- Strong technical knowledge in Construction Management
- Confident leadership skills
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Good communication skills
- A thorough understanding of programme delivery
