A highly regarded national legal practice is continuing to invest in and grow its Construction offering, and we are now looking to speak with established Construction Partners with a strong following across Manchester, Leeds and Birmingham.
This is a genuine lateral opportunity for Partners who have built a successful practice and are looking for a platform that can support the next stage of their growth.
The Opportunity
The firm is open to both contentious and non-contentious Construction Partners, with particular interest in individuals who have:
- An established and transferable client following
- A strong reputation within the Construction market
- A proven track record of generating their own work
- A desire to continue growing their practice
- Strong client relationships across developers, contractors, funders, investors, or other construction-sector businesses

For contentious Construction Partners, relevant experience could include adjudication, TCC litigation, arbitration, professional negligence, contractual disputes, and other complex construction disputes.
For non-contentious Partners, the firm would be interested in lawyers with a strong practice across construction contracts, development projects, procurement, infrastructure, major projects, or related transactional work.
