Construction Planner - Hospital Modular Build (M&E)
Location
Bournemouth – 3 days onsite per week
Contract
£450–£500/day Outside IR35
Duration
Until April 2027
The Opportunity
We’re currently working with a major construction organisation delivering a hospital modular build project in Bournemouth, and we're looking for an experienced Construction Planner to join the team through to project completion.
The project is entering its final stages, including M&E fit-out, making this an exciting opportunity for a Planner with strong construction experience to play a key role in delivering the programme through to handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and update the project programme using Primavera P6
- Work closely with the project and delivery teams to monitor progress
- Support programme reporting and identify potential delays or areas of concern
- Coordinate planning activities across construction and M&E works
- Contribute to programme reviews and ensure key milestones remain achievable
- Support the team through the final stages of construction and M&E fit-out

Key Requirements
- Proven Construction Planning experience
- Strong Primavera P6 skills
- Experience working with NEC contracts
- M&E experience preferred
- Modular construction experience desirable, but not essential
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work 3 days per week onsite in Bournemouth
