Position - Project Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in the South London Area, United Kingdom, for Construction Professionals. Responsibilities include overseeing construction projects, conducting site inspections, managing budgets, collaborating with architects and stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards. Teamwork and communication with other professionals across projects will be essential day-to-day tasks.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Construction and Architecture, with knowledge of building design and project management processes
  • Proficiency in Budgeting and financial planning for construction projects
  • Strong capability in conducting thorough and precise Inspection of construction sites
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools for documentation, reporting, and presentations
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations
  • Relevant certifications or degrees in construction, architecture, or related fields
