Job Purpose
Manage construction scopes on site, liaising with the client and conducting meetings to understand requirements and deliver safe, efficient solutions.
- Oversee execution of site teams, mobilisations, plant and equipment, and develop and execute integrity and small-mods projects across offshore and onshore assets.
- For smaller scopes, there will be a requirement to take full ownership of the delivery and execution, inclusive of estimating, budget tracking, milestone reporting, and client updates.
- Challenge established ways of working to deliver better results for all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote the use of HSE standards to onshore and offshore teams. Including intervening if any breach of HSE and Quality procedures or practices is observed.
- Contribute and take part in tender bids and compile feeds for multiple tenders within the business.
- Pricing and planning projects regarding costings and durations and drawing up execution plans for both repair orders and minor mods within nexos.
- Manage time bookings and assume commercial responsibility for these projects, ensuring delivery to budget with any change managed appropriately.
- Scoping jobs to enable accurate durations and costings also highlighting tooling requirements. Inclusive but not limited to approving quotations, keeping the hire equipment register up to date, monitoring the associated costs/POs, carrying out regular inventory checks, and performing follow-up actions on any damages/lost tooling.
- Carry out scope categorization review alongside engineering and record outputs.
- Approve CCHP’s for required scopes and track through to close out.
- Check offshore daily reports for progress against scopes under their portfolio.
- Provide input into HAZOP and HAZID meetings.
- Manage logistics and mobilisations of offshore team daily.
- Support ‘exchange zones’ across their project/contract service provision.
- Assume project commercial responsibility for all projects where they are the project responsible person.

Skills & Qualifications
- NVQ or City and Guild qualification required. HNC desirable.
- Strong communicator and proven ability to deliver results across internal and external stakeholders.
- Extensive experience in leading successful teams.
- Proven ability in delivering construction projects in the energy industry.
