The Role:
Join Dornan's Graduate Project Manager Programme to gain hands-on experience supporting the successful delivery of large-scale engineering and construction projects alongside experienced project teams.

This Programme ensures that graduates gain exposure to all stages of project delivery within a live construction environment, from project start-up through to commissioning and handover.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Supporting the Project Manager during with estimating and construction teams.
- Assisting with planning staffing requirements and subcontractor mobilisation.
- Contributing to site safety and quality management plans.
- Supporting effective site supervision to ensure projects are delivered safely.
- Assisting with final inspections, audits and Operation & Maintenance (O&M) documentation.

Who can apply:
- Working towards or have already attained, a Degree in Engineering or Construction Management in the past 3 years.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop within a project delivery environment.
