About The Role
Our client requires a proactive and experienced Construction Project Manager to lead exciting new development projects in the Milton Keynes area. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of construction sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role demands strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a deep understanding of construction processes and regulations. Join a reputable firm and play a key role in shaping the built environment in Buckinghamshire and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
- Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient workflow.
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations on site.
- Monitor project progress, manage schedules, and report on key performance indicators.
- Control project costs, manage variations, and approve payments to contractors.
- Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to address queries and ensure satisfaction.

Requirements
- Significant experience in a Construction Project Manager role.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
- Proficiency in using project management software relevant to the construction industry.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in the Milton Keynes region.
- Relevant degree or professional qualification in Construction Management or a related field.
