Adrian Fisher Associates is delighted to be representing a highly respected residential developer delivering exceptional luxury homes.

With a strong focus on design, craftsmanship, and attention to detail, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Construction Project Manager to take ownership of projects from planning through to completion.

The Role

You will oversee the successful delivery of luxury residential projects, managing programmes, budgets, quality, procurement, subcontractors, and project teams.

Working closely with architects, designers, consultants, and clients, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, commercially, and to the highest possible standard.

Your Responsibilities

  • Developing and managing detailed project programmes
  • Coordinating architects, designers, consultants, and subcontractors
  • Supporting budget development and protecting the business commercially
  • Monitoring costs, progress, and project expenditure
  • Managing procurement, materials, and subcontractor performance
  • Leading project meetings and coordinating the wider project team
  • Maintaining exceptional standards of quality and workmanship
  • Ensuring compliance with building regulations, health and safety requirements, and project specifications
  • Identifying and managing project risks, delays, and technical issues
  • Managing variations, change control, and corrective actions
  • Coordinating final inspections, snagging, and handover
  • Ensuring O&M information and project documentation are completed

About You

The successful candidate will ideally have:

  • At least eight years’ experience in construction project management
  • A strong background in luxury or high-end residential construction
  • Experience managing projects from planning through to completion
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and quality standards
  • Excellent programme, budget, and subcontractor management skills
  • Strong leadership, communication, and client management abilities
  • Exceptional attention to detail, particularly around luxury finishes
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and remain calm under pressure
  • A proactive, commercially aware, and solution-focused approach

A relevant construction, architectural, or engineering qualification would be advantageous. CSCS, First Aid, IOSH, or other relevant safety qualifications would also be beneficial.
