About the role - Up to £45,000 per annum

Tangerine are recruiting for an organised and hard-working Construction Project Manager to join our team.

This dynamic and varied role will require you to manage multiple projects at any given time. You will be a ‘hands on’ Manager who has an existing trade, preferably a joiner with shop fitting or similar experience.

Main duties (but not limited to)…

  • Full responsibility for agreed construction projects.
  • Regular communication and updates on projects to all stakeholders.
  • Provide clear direction and leadership to the in-house building team.
  • Manage all sub-contractors working on projects.
  • Work within agreed budgets.
  • Ensure that all project paperwork is kept up to date.

About You

  • Experience in shop fitting or similar would be helpful.
  • Previous project management experience within the construction industry is essential.
  • Excellent organisation skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of seniority.
  • Proactive individual who provides leadership by example.
