Role Description
The Construction Project Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Greater London, with flexibility for part-time work from home. This role oversees the planning, coordination, and delivery of new fitness club builds and refurbishments, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to brand standards.

Daily Responsibilities
- Managing construction timelines
- Coordinating with contractors and vendors
- Reviewing design and construction documents
- Monitoring site progress
- Tracking project costs
- Preparing status reports
- Managing risk and issue logs
- Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
The role also involves collaborating with internal teams such as real estate, operations, and franchise support to provide clear communication and maintain a high-quality member experience across all locations.
Qualifications
- Strong project management skills, including Project Management and Project Coordination, with experience leading multiple projects simultaneously.
- Construction-focused leadership skills, including Construction Project Management and Construction Management, with a track record of delivering commercial or retail build-outs.
- Financial and planning skills, including Budgeting, with the ability to manage cost estimates, track expenditures, and optimize project value.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with contractors, vendors, franchisees, and internal teams.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities, with attention to detail and a commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.

Beneficial Qualifications
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field, and experience in multi-site or international projects.
- Experience in the fitness, hospitality, or retail sectors, and familiarity with UK building regulations and health and safety standards.
