Construction Project Manager
Due to continued growth, D.I.T.T. Construction Ltd are looking for an experienced, motivated and organised Construction Project Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to take responsibility for managing construction projects from inception through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and to a high standard. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent communication skills, and a practical approach to problem solving. This role may also be suitable for a Site Agent/Site Supervisor looking to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing construction projects from initial planning through to successful completion
- Coordinating and overseeing site activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget
- Preparing and monitoring project programmes, budgets and resources
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors and suppliers
- Managing project documentation, contracts and reporting
- Monitoring project progress and providing regular updates to senior management and clients
- Ensuring all work is completed to the required quality standards and in accordance with relevant specifications and regulations
- Identifying and managing project risks, resolving issues, and implementing effective solutions
- Working closely with the site team to ensure health and safety requirements are maintained throughout the project
- Maintaining accurate project records and ensuring all relevant documentation is completed
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients and project stakeholders

Requirements
- Previous in a construction project management role
- Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts and project delivery
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings, specifications and programmes
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a wider team
