Role Description
The Construction Project Manager is a full-time hybrid role based in London, with flexibility for partial work from home. In this role, the individual oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of construction and fit-out projects for Lift Brands fitness locations, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.

Day-to-day Responsibilities

- Managing project timelines
- Coordinating contractors and vendors
- Monitoring site progress
- Resolving construction-related issues
- Preparing and reviewing budgets
- Tracking costs
- Maintaining project documentation
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements
The role also involves collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, franchise partners, and external consultants to support successful openings and renovations across the portfolio.
Qualifications
- Strong project management capabilities, including Project Management and Construction Project Management skills.
- Experience in project coordination within construction environments, demonstrating solid Project Coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Construction Management, including oversight of contractors, site activities, and quality standards.
- Ability to develop, manage, and track project budgets, applying effective Budgeting skills.
- Knowledge of building regulations, health and safety standards, and permitting processes relevant to commercial construction.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams and cultures.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a focus on problem-solving and risk mitigation.
- Experience in multi-site or retail/fitness fit-out projects is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment, demonstrating self-motivation, accountability, and adaptability.
