Construction Project Manager
📍 Remote Regional Role
W Talent Property & Real Estate are delighted to be partnering with a leading UK multi-site operator in the appointment of a Construction Project Manager to join their expanding Property Development team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a construction professional looking to take ownership of a varied portfolio of refurbishment, extension and conversion projects across a nationwide estate. With responsibility for projects typically valued up to £500,000, you'll play a key role in delivering strategic property improvements that support operational growth and business performance.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Estates, you'll be responsible for managing multiple construction projects from feasibility and business case approval through to completion and handover. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders, consultants and contractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, compliantly, on time and within budget.

You'll also provide support on acquisition-related property assessments and due diligence activities, offering excellent exposure to wider growth and development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver refurbishment, extension and small-scale conversion projects across a national estate.
- Manage project feasibility, cost planning, budgeting and investment approvals.
- Take ownership of CAPEX and OPEX budgets across multiple projects.
- Appoint, manage and coordinate contractors, consultants and professional teams.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory, regulatory and health & safety requirements.
- Maintain project documentation and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
- Support property acquisition activity through site assessments, feasibility reviews and due diligence processes.
About You
We're keen to speak with candidates who can demonstrate:
- Experience delivering construction, estates, refurbishment or commercial property projects in a client side capacity
- Strong project management skills, including budget control and contractor management.
- Knowledge of Building Control, CDM regulations and statutory compliance requirements.
- Experience within healthcare, retail, leisure or other multi-site environments would be advantageous.
- Excellent commercial awareness and cost management capabilities.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- The ability to manage multiple projects within a fast-paced environment.
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally.
