Bennett & Game are currently working with a well-established building consultancy who are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join their Bristol team.
This is a great opportunity for a Project Manager with proven consultancy experience to take responsibility for delivering a varied range of projects, working closely with clients and wider property professionals. The role offers strong career progression, exposure to a diverse client base and the opportunity to play an active role within a growing team.
Project Manager Salary & Benefits:
- £40,000 - £60,000 DOE

Project Manager Job Overview:
The successful Project Manager will have experience delivering projects across the RIBA stages, with a good understanding of statutory compliance, contract practice and wider client requirements. This is a client-facing position, so strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
The role will include:
- Managing projects through the RIBA stages from inception through to completion
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders
- Managing project programmes, budgets and costs
- Coordinating consultants, contractors and other property professionals
- Providing project and technical advice to clients
- Supporting clients with acquisitions, disposals and wider development requirements
- Ensuring projects are delivered in line with statutory and contractual requirements
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Project Manager Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within a consultancy environment
- Experience delivering projects across the RIBA stages
- Good understanding of construction contracts and statutory compliance
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively
- Commercially aware with strong organisational skills
