At Jupiter Play

We're passionate about creating exceptional outdoor spaces that inspire children, families and communities to be more active, imaginative and connected.

As one of the UK's leading specialists in playgrounds, outdoor fitness and sports facilities, we design, supply and install inspiring play spaces across the UK.

From community play spaces to major destination projects, our work combines innovative design with practical construction to create places that people love.

We're now looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our Contracts & Aftersales team.

This is a hands-on project delivery role for someone who understands construction, site management and subcontractor coordination and is confident making practical decisions when things don't go to plan.

You'll manage your own portfolio of installation projects from order through to completion, working with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and our internal teams to deliver projects safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard.

This isn't a purely administrative project management role. We need someone who understands how projects are actually built and is confident making practical decisions to keep them moving.

What you'll do

  • Manage a portfolio of play, sports and outdoor installation projects from order through to completion.
  • Develop and manage project programmes, identifying risks, delays and actions required to keep projects on track.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and installation teams.
  • Review drawings, site information and ground conditions and identify potential buildability issues.
  • Make practical decisions on site and take ownership of resolving construction and delivery problems.
  • Manage variations, changes to scope and associated commercial implications.
  • Work closely with clients, subcontractors, Sales, Design and Finance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project costs and ensure projects remain within agreed budgets.
  • Manage snagging, completion and handover.
  • Ensure relevant Health & Safety and CDM requirements are understood and appropriately managed.
  • Provide practical construction and project support to colleagues within the Contracts & Aftersales team, particularly on more complex installations and site issues.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
