The Company enjoys working with blue chip clients and has seen steady growth which is continuing. They have a lot of financial stability from an already mature client base with work available in core civil engineering and groundworks markets across the UK.

Project Details
The project is in Leeds city Centre and is the foundations package for a large building - a new apartment building, the groundworks package will consist of:
- Excavations
- Foundations, and Drainage
- Tanks, ponds, etc
- RC and other Concrete works
- Hard and soft landscaping

Project Manager Requirements
- A strong understanding and experience of commercial groundworks and civil engineering packages
- NEC and JCT knowledge would be advantageous
- SMSTS & CSCS cards
Project Manager Rewards
- Freelance contract for around 6 months
- Daily rate £350 - £450 depending on experience and location
