The project is a £25m development on one of the UK's most prestigious private estates, blending listed buildings, heritage restoration, carefully integrated new-build elements and luxury 5★ finishes.

Reporting to an experienced Project Director, as Construction Project Manager you'll:
- Lead a team of 3-4 Site Managers
- Take ownership of programme, quality, safety and client relationships from start to finish
There will be the usual challenges...
- A programme to protect
- Clients with exceptionally high standards
- The odd curveball that wasn't on last week's drawings

- Are a Construction Project Manager that has delivered projects around the £20m+ mark for a principal contractor
- Enjoy developing Site Managers rather than simply managing them

- Have experience of heritage or high-end / luxury construction
