Job Title: Construction Project Manager | High-End Residential & Heritage
Location: Somerset
Salary/Type: £80,000 - £85,000 + package - Permanent | Start ASAP
Project: £25m | 5★ Estate | Listed Buildings & Luxury New Build

Reporting to an experienced Project Director, as Construction Project Manager you'll:
- Lead a team of 3-4 Site Managers
- Take ownership of programme, quality, safety and client relationships from start to finish
There will be the usual challenges...
- A programme to protect
- Clients with exceptionally high standards
- The odd curveball that wasn't on last week's drawings

You'll probably recognise yourself if you:
- Are a Construction Project Manager that has delivered projects around the £20m+ mark for a principal contractor
- Enjoy developing Site Managers rather than simply managing them
- Care about quality as much as programme
- Stay calm when everyone else decides today's emergency is somehow your emergency
- Have experience of heritage or high-end / luxury construction
