Recruitment Consultant - Construction
Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant looking to take the next step in your career within the construction sector? Alternatively, do you have a successful recruitment background in another market and want to transition into one of the UK's most established and lucrative industries?
Due to continued growth, my client is looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our successful team.
The Opportunity

Whether you already recruit within construction or have transferable recruitment experience from another sector, we are keen to hear from you.

You will have the autonomy to develop your own desk, build strong client relationships, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle while benefiting from a collaborative and supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Managing the full 360 recruitment process from business development through to placement.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Generating new business opportunities through proactive sales activity.
- Sourcing and interviewing candidates for a variety of construction vacancies.
- Managing the recruitment process, including arranging interviews and negotiating offers.
- Developing long-term partnerships within your specialist market.

About You
- Previous recruitment experience is essential.
- Construction recruitment experience would be advantageous but is not required.
- Proven business development and client relationship skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Motivated by success, progression, and earning potential.
- Self-driven, ambitious, and eager to build a long-term career.
