🚨 Construction Site Manager – High-Spec Commercial Projects
£65,000 + Electric Company Car / Car Allowance + 10% Bonus + Private Medical
If you're an experienced Construction Site Manager who enjoys being trusted to run a project rather than simply "manage the site", this could be worth a conversation.
We're working with an established Principal Contractor looking for an experienced Site Manager to join them on a permanent basis, delivering high-specification commercial projects across the South East.

What they're looking for
- 4+ years' experience as a Site Manager / Construction Site Manager
- Proven experience delivering commercial construction projects
- A background in commercial offices, fit-out or light industrial
- Strong subcontractor and site management experience
- Good understanding of programme, quality and H&S
- UK construction experience
Most importantly, they're looking for someone reliable, organised and capable of taking ownership of a project from site set-up through to completion.
