Role Description
The Construction Site Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Measham, responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities and ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant site operations. This role coordinates labor, subcontractors, and materials, manages work schedules, and monitors progress against project plans and milestones. The Construction Site Manager enforces health and safety standards, conducts site inspections, and addresses issues that may affect quality, timelines, or costs. The position also involves liaising with project managers, engineers, and clients, maintaining site documentation and reports, and supporting the timely delivery of tunneling and civil engineering works within budget.

- Demonstrated skills in Site Management and Construction Site Management, including supervision of teams and coordination of subcontractors.
- Strong Planning abilities, with experience organizing construction activities, sequencing work, and managing schedules.
- Proficiency in Cost Control and Budgeting to track expenditures, optimize resources, and support delivery within financial targets.
- Knowledge of civil engineering or tunneling construction processes, standards, and best practices.
- Solid understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable to construction sites.
- Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience in a similar site management role; relevant technical qualification or certification in construction or civil engineering is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Measham and adapt to changing project requirements and timelines.
