About Us
Wharton Construction is a close-knit company where every employee is valued. We are currently offering a great opportunity for an experienced Site Manager/Project Manager to join our ranks and play an important role in delivering our pipeline of exciting projects.
Location
We are a Darlington-based company that operates within a 30-mile radius. The ideal candidate will be located within 15 miles of Darlington.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as a Site Manager on commercial projects in excess of £3M.
- Valid SMSTS and First Aid certificates.
- Good communication skills and a proactive approach.
- Competent at using Microsoft Outlook and knowledge of Word and Excel.
- Good understanding of drawings and design information, able to take-off materials and setting out.
- Skilled at project planning and programming.
- Proven track record in delivering high-quality projects on time and safely.
- Full UK driving licence.
