Principal Contractors is looking for a reliable & experienced Construction Site Manager
This is a permanent job.
Job Description
The projects are predominately the Construction & Interior Fit Out of Commercial Offices.
Scope of Works
- General construction packages
- Structural works
- Minor Civils
Project Details
- Project values range from £1 million up to £20 million
- Typically located in Surrey, Berks, Bucks, Oxfordshire, Hampshire & Greater London

Requirements
- The successful candidate will have site-based Construction Management experience having worked as a Site Manager or Construction Site Manager.
- Essential that the candidate has delivered Construction Projects in the Commercial Office or Light Industrial sectors.
- UK Experience is also a must.
