The role

Winchester location
Fixed-term contract, up to 12 months
Immediate start
Full-time, site-based

What you'll be doing

  • Day-to-day site supervision and subcontractor coordination
  • Ensuring H&S compliance across all site activities
  • Programme and quality control, liaising closely with the Project Manager/QS
  • Acting as the on-site point of contact for the client and design team

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years' experience as a Site Manager
  • SMSTS, First Aid at Work, Asbestos Awareness, and Temporary Works Coordinator qualifications
  • IT literate, with experience using construction management software (Procore experience preferred)
  • Full UK driving licence and own transport
  • An energetic, enthusiastic approach and a great fit for our proactive, forward-thinking team
