Role Description
The Construction Site Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in London, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations on active construction sites. The role involves coordinating contractors and subcontractors, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards. The Construction Site Manager monitors progress, manages site logistics, and addresses technical issues in collaboration with project managers, architects, and engineers. Daily activities include reviewing plans, organizing workforce and materials, maintaining site documentation, and enforcing health and safety regulations. The role also requires regular reporting on timelines, costs, and risks, and proactive communication with stakeholders to keep projects aligned with Euroterra Capital’s objectives.

- Strong Site Management and Construction Site Management skills, with experience leading day-to-day operations on active construction projects.
- Proficiency in Planning, including scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination with project teams and external partners.
- Demonstrated ability in Cost Control and Budgeting to manage project expenses, track financial performance, and support value engineering.
- Sound knowledge of construction methods, building regulations, and health and safety standards in the UK.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to direct site teams, resolve conflicts, and maintain a collaborative work environment.
- Effective communication and reporting skills, including the use of construction management and project tracking software.
- Relevant professional experience in residential and/or hospitality construction; experience with luxury or complex urban developments is an advantage.
- Vocational or academic qualification in construction management, civil engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
