Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day management and delivery of a high-quality construction project.

This is a senior, hands-on position suited to someone who is confident taking ownership of site operations, coordinating trades and subcontractors, and ensuring works are delivered to an exceptionally high standard.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior management and will play a key role in maintaining programme, quality, health & safety and overall project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day running of the site.
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades, labour, suppliers, and deliveries.
- Monitor progress against programme and ensure key deadlines are achieved.
- Maintain exceptionally high standards of quality and workmanship.
- Manage site health & safety and ensure all procedures are followed.
- Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and construction information.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and the wider project team.
- Identify and resolve issues affecting progress, quality, or delivery.
- Manage inspections, snagging, and completion works.
- Ensure works are delivered in accordance with drawings, specifications, and programme.
- Maintain accurate site records and documentation.
- Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and any issues requiring attention.

About You
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Site Manager / Senior Site Manager with a strong background in bespoke, high-end construction.
You will need to demonstrate excellent attention to detail and take pride in delivering projects to a very high standard. The ability to work independently, manage multiple stakeholders, and take ownership of site delivery is essential.

Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a Construction Site Manager or Senior Site Manager.
- Strong experience within high-end, bespoke, or luxury construction.
- Excellent knowledge of construction processes and site management.
- Strong subcontractor and trade management experience.
- Excellent understanding of health & safety and site compliance.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on quality.
- Ability to work closely with senior management and take responsibility for project delivery.
- SMSTS/SSSTS and CSCS Qualifications.
- Experience with complex refurbishment or heritage projects would be advantageous.
