Senior / Managing Associate – Construction Law
We are working with an international law firm that is seeking a Senior Solicitor to join its highly regarded Development and Construction team on a non-contentious basis.
The Role
This team is a central part of the firm’s practice and advises on a broad range of construction and development matters across the full lifecycle of projects. Clients include public bodies, developers, investors, funders, property owners, contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers, and professional consultants.

Key Requirements
- Qualified solicitor with at least 4 years PQE
- Experience in non-contentious construction law
- Strong knowledge of standard form contracts and appointments, including JCT, NEC, and FIDIC, together with market-standard amendments and commercial positions
- Experience with bespoke and complex agreements and development-led transactions
- Ability to run matters, manage files, and handle a varied workload effectively
- Experience supervising, mentoring, and developing junior team members
- Experience with, and a proactive nature in, business development
