NQ–2PQE Associate – Non-Contentious Construction

A leading UK and international law firm is looking for an NQ–2PQE Associate to join its highly regarded Projects, Development & Construction team, specialising in non-contentious construction work.

The firm provides high-quality legal advice to businesses and individuals, combining technical expertise with a personal, commercially focused approach and a strong team ethic.

The Projects, Development & Construction team has an established reputation across a broad range of sectors, including:

  • Real estate and commercial property
  • Housing and accommodation
  • Property investment and development
  • Education

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an NQ–2PQE Construction Associate to work alongside experienced lawyers on a varied caseload of high-quality, non-contentious construction matters.

You will have the opportunity to advise developers, investors, funders, contractors and other stakeholders on construction and development projects, while developing your technical expertise and commercial understanding in a supportive and collaborative environment.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a solicitor who:

  • Is NQ–2PQE with experience in non-contentious construction
  • Has a strong grounding in construction law and related contractual matters
  • Is commercially minded and able to provide clear, practical advice
  • Has excellent drafting, communication and analytical skills
  • Is confident working as part of a collaborative team
  • Is keen to develop their career within a leading Projects, Development & Construction practice
