Construction Supply Chain Manager – Major Projects
Can be based UK-Wide with some travel to London
Hybrid Working (3 days in office / on-site)
£80,000 + 10% Bonus + Package
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Construction Procurement & Supply Chain professional to join one of the UK's leading infrastructure and construction businesses at a pivotal point in its journey.
Following continued growth, a new executive leadership structure and the launch of a new business strategy, there is significant change underway. Procurement, supply chain and transformation are central to that journey, making this an excellent time to join and help shape how major projects are delivered going forward.
The successful candidate will work across some of the UK's largest public sector construction and infrastructure programmes, developing supply chain strategies and building relationships with both internal project teams and critical external suppliers.

The Opportunity
- Developing and delivering supply chain and procurement strategies for major construction and infrastructure programmes
- Supporting complex public sector projects across areas such as Rail, Civil Engineering, Buildings, Energy, Utilities and major Infrastructure
- Driving improvements across procurement, supplier performance, commercial value and supply chain resilience
- Working within NEC contracting environments, where relevant
What They're Looking For
- Strong Construction Procurement / Supply Chain experience gained across major projects or programmes
- Experience working with or delivering projects for public sector clients
- Background across major civil engineering, rail, buildings, energy, utilities or infrastructure
- NEC contract experience would be highly beneficial
- The credibility to build relationships with senior stakeholders, project teams and major suppliers
- Most importantly, someone with ideas, energy and drive who is comfortable taking initiative and making things happen
