Job Description

Ready to lead security operations that protect one of the UK’s most significant infrastructure projects? Join EDF at Hinkley Point C and help shape secure environments across construction support, supply chain facilities and associated developments. At EDF, Success is Personal – giving you the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while building a career that works for you.

The Opportunity

As Construction Support Security Manager, you’ll play a key role in protecting people, information, assets and project reputation across Hinkley Point C’s construction support environment. Working closely with senior stakeholders, contractors and external partners, you’ll help deliver effective security solutions that support the safe and successful delivery of the project.

You’ll join us on a salary starting of £70,000 per annum, with the potential for an annual bonus. This role is based five days per week on site at Hinkley Point C, giving you the opportunity to work at the heart of a major nuclear construction project and collaborate closely with key project partners.

You’ll provide strategic security leadership across associated developments, supply chain facilities and construction support operations. This is a chance to influence security delivery at scale while supporting EDF’s journey towards An Electric Britain and developing your expertise within a complex and high-profile environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
