Role Overview
Due to expansion, we are looking for a Construction Support Technician to assist with Health and Safety and the buying/procurement department to join our office team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and well-established Civil Engineering firm working across the North West.
Key Duties
- Assisting with health and safety training bookings
- Updating risk assessments
- Updating health and safety records
- Monthly equipment quality checks
- Sourcing materials and placing orders
- Supporting site with product knowledge
- Managing supply chain and organizing internal supply chain database
- Seeing orders through from placing, chasing delivery and delivery confirmation
- Use a variety of Microsoft Packages
- Use a variety of industry-specific programs
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the office such as answering the phones
