We are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Construction Technology Solutions Consultant to join our growing team and play a key role in expanding the adoption of digital construction technologies for specialist construction across the UK.
Job Description:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced construction technology professional who combines strong technical understanding with a consultative sales approach. You will work with major contractors, infrastructure providers and strategic customers to identify opportunities, develop solutions and deliver measurable value through innovative technology.
Reporting to the Strategic Manager, you will work closely with Sales, Product Specialists, Operations teams, Trimble and OEM partners to drive business growth and customer success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Growing opportunities across SITECH's specialist construction technology portfolio
- Building relationships with Major Contractors, Infrastructure Providers and Key Accounts
- Providing consultative technology solutions that deliver measurable customer value
- Demonstrating cutting-edge Trimble machine control, positioning and digital construction technologies
- Identifying opportunities within major infrastructure, highways, rail, utilities and civil engineering projects
- Working closely with technical specialists, OEM partners and internal teams to deliver best-in-class customer solutions
- Representing SITECH at industry events, exhibitions and customer engagements

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience within construction technology, machine control, surveying, geomatics, civil engineering or digital construction solutions.
- A successful track record in consultative B2B sales, business development or technical solution sales.
- Experience influencing and building relationships with multiple stakeholder groups.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop and close complex opportunities.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel throughout the UK.
- Degree, HND or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering, Surveying, Construction Management, Geospatial Sciences or related discipline.
- Experience with Trimble technologies, machine control systems, GNSS positioning solutions or digital construction software.
- Knowledge of major infrastructure, highways, rail, utilities or civil engineering sectors.
- Understanding of BIM, digital construction workflows and connected site technologies.
