We are seeking a Construction Underwriter to join a market leading global construction underwriting team in London.

This role is open to AUs stepping up and will feature early responsibility, broker and client exposure, and the opportunity to work closely with internal risk engineering and claims specialists.

You will support risk assessment and risk selection across a high-quality construction portfolio, using market insight, technical underwriting judgement and strong relationships to help deliver the business plan.

Experience Requirements

  • Experience underwriting construction risks, or Energy or Power, will be required.
  • Comfortable analysing data, using pricing tools, and applying technical underwriting judgement.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to develop broker or customer relationships are important.
