Role Description

This full-time, on-site Construction Worker role is based in Pudsey. The Construction Worker will assist with the preparation, construction, and finishing of residential and commercial projects, including tasks such as site setup, material handling, and basic installation work. The role involves working safely in accordance with company policies, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and collaborating with supervisors and team members to complete tasks on schedule. The Construction Worker is expected to be punctual, reliable, and able to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions.

Qualifications

  • Practical construction skills, including experience or aptitude in general Construction and Renovation tasks.
  • Trade-specific abilities such as Masonry and Flooring, with attention to accuracy and quality of finishes.
  • Basic Research skills to interpret instructions, follow plans, and learn new methods or materials as required.
  • Ability to safely use hand and power tools, follow health and safety guidelines, and wear appropriate protective equipment.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and capacity for manual labor, including lifting, standing, and working outdoors.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with supervisors, trades, and other crew members.
  • Previous construction or trade experience is beneficial; vocational training or relevant certifications are an advantage.
  • Valid right to work in the UK and ability to travel reliably to the Pudsey site.
