Associate Consultant / Consultant – Global Pricing & Market Access

I'm currently supporting a fast-growing global consultancy helping pharmaceutical and biotech companies overcome some of the world's most complex pricing, reimbursement and market access challenges. By combining strategic consulting with innovative digital solutions, they support clients throughout the product lifecycle to improve patient access to medicines across global markets.

With an international team spanning Europe, North America and Asia, they're continuing to grow and are looking for talented consultants who are passionate about healthcare, strategy and making a real-world impact.

The opportunity

As an Associate Consultant or Consultant, you'll work alongside experienced market access specialists to develop evidence-based pricing and market access strategies for innovative therapies across multiple therapeutic areas and geographies.

You'll contribute to high-impact client projects, collaborate with experts across their global business and have the opportunity to accelerate your career in an environment that values curiosity, collaboration and continuous learning.

Whether you're an experienced Associate Consultant ready for your next step or an established Consultant looking for greater responsibility, this role offers the opportunity to work on challenging international projects while developing your expertise and leadership skills.

What you'll do

Deliver strategic client projects

You'll play a key role in developing pricing and market access strategies by:

  • Conducting secondary research into global pricing, reimbursement and healthcare systems.
  • Designing and delivering qualitative and quantitative primary research with payer and stakeholder audiences.
  • Analysing complex evidence and interpreting payer perspectives to generate strategic recommendations.
  • Translating insights into clear, compelling client presentations and reports.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality consultancy projects that create measurable value for clients.

Lead and manage projects

Depending on your level, you'll also:

  • Help plan and coordinate project delivery from initiation through to completion.
  • Support (Associate Consultant) or lead (Consultant) project teams to deliver outstanding client outcomes.
  • Coach and mentor junior colleagues, sharing best practice and supporting their development.
  • Work closely with project leads to manage timelines, resources and client expectations.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance project quality and create additional value for clients.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
