We are a team of digital and communication consultants and creatives that bring together digital strategy, content creation and paid campaign execution to offer our clients an end-to-end service – and that blends the strategic thinking of a consultancy with the creative execution and agility of an agency.
We’re passionate about the work we do. Our team includes people from political, advertising, agency, charity and creative backgrounds – and we’re growing quickly. We’re currently looking for a Consultant with over 3 years’ experience in a digital role.
About the Role
Consultants play a critical role in the day-to-day running of accounts, supporting Senior Consultants and Directors, and working closely with our Creative Team. They work across a range of clients – and also have a real opportunity to work across all three areas of our work – from getting involved in creative production to developing strategic thinking.
Day To Day Work Includes

Client management
- Day-to-day client contact on established accounts
- Work with client teams to set up campaigns and keep activity moving
- Provide campaign reporting and updates to client

Digital content
- Drafting copy for organic and paid social media posts
- Developing and managing digital content plans
- Working up creative ideas that are focused on delivering business results for a client
- Inputting into digital content creation, including videos, graphics and animations
- Organising and attending shoots

Digital campaigns and strategies
- Supporting senior members of the team to develop digital strategies and campaigns
- Setting up and running paid digital campaigns, including targeting and budget
- Daily monitoring and optimisation of live campaigns
- Proactive recommendations for optimisations and improvements to both paid and organic digital campaigns
- Reporting on digital metrics and analytics

Analysis and research
- Undertaking research for digital audits and/or new business
- Audience mapping and targeting profiles
- Social media listening and analysis

Being part of the team
- Taking part in internal and client-facing brainstorms
- Sharing inspiration and knowledge across the company
- Helping with new business research and proposals
Skills And Experience
- 3+ years in a digital or communications role
- Strong experience of day-to-day client management
- Strong copy-writing skills, particularly for digital content (ads, landing pages, email)
- Understanding of different creative formats and digital executions
- Ability to develop concepts for digital assets
- Strategic approach to digital communications, informed by data and insight
- Strong understanding of different digital channels – and the opportunities, audience and objectives of each
- Experience of running digital channels for clients or organisations
- Experience of running paid digital campaigns, including setting up audiences and budgets
- Working knowledge of digital analytics and reporting, including in-platform analytics
- Strong written skills and attention to detail
- Proactive team player
- Good time management and prioritisation skills
- A desire to learn
