Consultant – Business Analysis & PPM – Life sciences – London (1-2x a week onsite) - £60,000

We’re looking for a Consultant to join a growing management consultancy, supporting a transformation programme within the life sciences sector.

This is a hands-on BA/PM role, ideal for someone who enjoys getting into the detail of how organisations operate, understanding processes and data, and helping shape new ways of working.

You’ll be working closely with client teams to:

  • Understand and document current business processes
  • Map where and how data is captured, stored and used
  • Identify gaps, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
  • Support the development of a new operating model
  • Facilitate workshops and engage with business and technology stakeholders
  • Support project and programme delivery, governance, actions and dependencies
  • Translate business requirements and analysis into practical recommendations
  • Help drive transformation from analysis through to implementation

We’re looking for:

  • Management consulting / professional services experience
  • Experience working with life sciences clients
  • Strong Business Analysis and Project/Programme Management (PPM) experience
  • Experience with process mapping, requirements gathering, data/process analysis or operating model work
  • Confident working with business and senior stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Someone who is comfortable getting into the detail while also understanding the wider transformation picture
