πΉ Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Splunk Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Splunk Enterprise/Splunk Cloud, ITSI, monitoring, logging and observability. The ideal candidate should be comfortable supporting enterprise-scale environments, troubleshooting complex issues and driving platform optimisation.
πΉ Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and support Splunk Cloud/Enterprise & ITSI platforms.
- Manage production incidents, problems and changes.
- Optimise data ingestion, parsing, SPL searches and platform performance.
- Support Splunk upgrades, migrations and workload onboarding.
- Collaborate with Engineering, DevOps and Application teams.
- Monitor dashboards, reports, alerts and observability use cases.
- Drive automation and operational simplification.
- Support security, compliance and audit requirements.
- Improve platform reliability, resilience and cost efficiency.
- Optimise monitoring, alerting and observability for critical applications.
- Participate in on-call/24x7 support when required.
