They are now seeking talented Graduate Consultants to join their dynamic Central London team.
About the Role:
This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious graduate to launch their career in strategy consulting within the specialist insurance sector. You will immerse yourself in high-impact projects, working directly with C-suite clients across various geographies, tackling complex business challenges. The role is ideal for a proactive and intellectually curious individual eager to develop deep industry knowledge and consulting expertise in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will play a pivotal role in project delivery, contributing to both client engagements and the firm's ongoing thought leadership.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research and rigorous analysis to support strategic engagements.
- Develop compelling presentations and reports for senior client stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with junior client team members, building strong working relationships.
- Contribute to the development of thought leadership content and market insights.
- Actively participate in internal business development initiatives.

Requirements:
- Achieved a 2:1 or higher degree from a top-tier university.
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp complex industries and methodologies.
- Comfortable thriving in a demanding, fast-paced consulting environment.
- Must possess the right to work in the UK without requiring visa sponsorship.
- Eagerness to learn and develop a career in strategy consulting.
