Hansen Filler is a specialist senior recruitment, executive search and advisory business built around three practices: HR, Transformation, and Finance. We work with clients across the UK, US, and Europe, helping them find the people who can lead change, build capability, and deliver results - and helping exceptional talent find roles where they can do exactly that.

The Opportunity
This is a client-facing role for someone who wants real ownership from day one. You'll manage your own portfolio of clients and assignments, contribute to business development, and play a visible role in growing Hansen Filler across our markets. You'll have the backing of an established brand and a collaborative team, with the autonomy to build something that's genuinely yours.

What You'll Be Doing
Client Delivery
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of roles and assignments, setting the standard for service excellence across your portfolio.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, shaping how they approach talent, not just filling vacancies.
- Build lasting client partnerships that generate repeat business and referrals.
Business Development & Market Growth
- Get involved in proactive business development, identifying and converting new client opportunities.
- Help build a sustainable pipeline, using your market knowledge to spot trends before your competitors do.
- Represent Hansen Filler as a credible voice in your market across the UK, US, and Europe.
Collaboration
- Bring energy and ideas to the wider team, sharing best practice and supporting colleagues.
- Collaborate across our practices to unlock opportunities for clients and for you.
- Contribute to the direction of the business as it scales.

What We're Looking For
- Experience in recruitment, executive search, or a client-facing professional services role.
- The drive to build genuine, lasting relationships with clients and candidates.
- An interest in business development - you enjoy building a pipeline and converting it.
- Commercially sharp, organised, and comfortable managing multiple assignments at pace.
- Ambitious, proactive, and ready to grow with us - whatever your current level.
