At Kantar Consulting, we help some of the world's leading brands unlock new opportunities for growth. As a Consultant within Consulting UK, you will help clients make confident decisions by connecting evidence, commercial context and strategic thinking. You'll play an important role in delivering high-quality consulting projects across brand, portfolio and cultural strategy, futures and foresight, innovation strategy, growth strategy, shopper strategy and organisational performance. You'll develop your consulting toolkit while working alongside experienced colleagues, gaining exposure to complex business challenges and helping clients turn insights into action.
What you'll be doing
- Supporting the delivery of consulting projects across a range of industries and client sectors.
- Analysing multiple data sources and insight streams to identify opportunities, implications and strategic recommendations.
- Developing compelling stories and strategic deliverables that communicate complex findings in a clear and actionable way.
- Managing project workstreams with discipline, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Building trusted relationships with colleagues and client teams to support successful project outcomes.
- Collaborating across Kantar to leverage our data, expertise and consulting capabilities.

The ideal skills and experience
- 2-4 years' experience in brand marketing, consulting, professional services or a related commercial environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesise data into meaningful recommendations.
- Experience creating presentations and communicating insights to a variety of audiences.
- Confidence working with data and familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Curiosity about brands, consumers and market dynamics.
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from colleagues across different specialisms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
