Certinia ERP Consultant
Fully Remote (UK)
Up to £60,000 + Uncapped Bonus + Benefits
About the Opportunity
We're partnering with a highly respected, Certinia consultancy that is continuing to grow across both project delivery and customer engagement services.
This is an opportunity to join a business known for delivering complex Certinia transformation programmes, helping organisations optimise customer, operational and financial processes through technology.
You'll work directly with clients, providing expert guidance, solution configuration and ongoing optimisation, whilst gaining exposure to a broad range of technologies and business challenges.
The Role
You'll be responsible for:
- Providing functional Certinia ERP consulting services
- Advising customers on best practice and solution optimisation
- Supporting configuration, enhancements and platform administration
- Investigating and resolving customer issues
- Gathering requirements and translating business needs into solutions
- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Supporting project delivery activities where required
- Developing expertise across a range of Certinia products

Essential Experience
- Implemented and/or configured Certinia ERP
- Strong customer-facing communication skills
- Consulting, support or advisory experience
- Requirements gathering and problem-solving capabilities
- Platform configuration and administration experience
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Desirable Experience
- Finance or accounting systems knowledge
- Previous Managed Services experience
