About Attercop

Attercop is a knowledge-engineering and agentic AI company built specifically for private equity and professional services. We turn fragmented, hard-to-use information into structured intelligence and deploy autonomous AI agents that make decisions, not just recommendations. Our systems deliver faster insight, operational efficiency and real value creation across the PE lifecycle, from diligence and data organisation to portfolio-wide transformation.

The Role

We're looking for a hands-on consultant with genuine AI depth to own delivery engagements end to end and act as a trusted technical advisor to our clients. You'll take work from discovery and solution design through to production-grade implementation.

Two things set this role apart:

  • You're the bridge between deep technical AI and commercial value, so you'll translate trade-offs for non-technical stakeholders as much as you'll build.
  • You add hands-on delivery and engineering depth alongside our governance and assurance capability, complementing it rather than duplicating it.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own AI delivery engagements end to end, from discovery and solution design through to production-grade implementation.
  • Act as the trusted client advisor on AI strategy, feasibility and practical trade-offs, honest about what will and will not work.
  • Translate complex AI into clear business value for varied, often non-technical, audiences.
  • Build prototypes, integrate AI into existing systems, and run workshops that help clients understand what current AI can and cannot do.
  • Add delivery and engineering depth alongside our governance and assurance capability.
  • Champion automation and agile ways of working, both on engagements and in how we develop as a consultancy.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What We're Looking For

  • Genuine AI depth, ideally grounded in an engineering or data science background. Not surface-level familiarity.
  • Around 10 to 15 years of experience, on a route that began in engineering or delivery and grew into advisory or consulting.
  • Strong end-to-end delivery experience in client or real-world environments where requirements evolve.
  • A solid technical foundation across software development, data systems, APIs and cloud platforms, able to read code and understand system architecture.
  • Proven ability to translate technical detail into business value for different audiences.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication, and the ability to build trusted client relationships, honest about uncertainty.
  • Confident, well-formed opinions held with flexibility, plus enthusiasm for automation and agile ways of working.

What Makes Someone Right for This Role

You'll thrive here if you're pragmatic, curious and comfortable with ambiguity. You take initiative without being prompted and can make sensible calls with incomplete information. You measure success by client outcomes, not technical sophistication, and you're honest about what AI can and cannot do. You're genuinely curious about AI, confident in your views, and open to changing them.

What We Offer

  • Flexible and autonomous: a remote-first role with the trust and space to manage your own time.
  • Interesting work: hands-on AI delivery for clients navigating one of the most significant technological shifts of our generation.
  • Collaborative culture: a team that values openness, learning and mutual support.
