Our team draws its expertise from specialist involvement in the majority of the major Aladdin implementations across EMEA over the last fifteen years. We bring end-to-end strategic advisory and hands-on delivery to Asset Managers, Asset Owners, Wealth Managers and Asset Servicers. We are seeking Consultants with experience in Front Office, Middle Office Operations, or Data & Integration to support clients through Aladdin implementations and ongoing platform optimization. This role is well suited to someone comfortable working with investment data, building reports, troubleshooting data issues, and supporting the operational workflows that keep an Aladdin environment running smoothly.
As part of our consulting team, you'll work with various stakeholders including internal data & technology teams, client business users and other technology partners to support clients through various stages of the implementation lifecycle. You'll use and develop core business analysis skills to gather and document requirements and become a key member of the delivery team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Your responsibilities will vary depending on domain but we would expect capabilities to cover the following:
- Gather and document business requirements across relevant investment and/or data functions
- Help troubleshoot data and workflow issues by researching root causes and working with relevant teams to resolve them
- Facilitate workshops and working group sessions with front office, middle office or investment data stakeholders, operations teams, and technology partners to define requirements and drive alignment
- Configure pre and post-trade workflows within Aladdin and validate end-to-end functionality across relevant asset classes, including order raising, execution processing, trade matching and settlement etc.
- Work with data and technology teams to support data mapping, transformation, and integration activities
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) with data, front office or middle office stakeholders, managing defect tracking, retesting, and sign-off processes
- Maintain documentation across relevant domains such as data definitions, report logic, front and middle office operating procedures
- Contribute to go-live readiness activities and post-implementation stabilisation, ensuring operations teams are equipped to operate effectively on the platform.
- Support users of Aladdin by answering questions and helping improve relevant processes

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of experience in Front Office, Middle Office Operations, or Data Analytics within financial services, asset management, or investment operations.
- Experience creating project documents and reports
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify issues and inconsistencies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work across business and technical teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, data analytics, information systems, or a related field
- Basic understanding of investment data concepts such as portfolios, holdings, benchmarks, performance, and risk.
- Knowledge of asset management front or middle office workflows
- Interest in building long-term expertise in investment management workflows and the Aladdin ecosystem
PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong Excel/SQL skills (essential for Data & Integration domain)
- Experience working with Aladdin or a similar investment management platform
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.
- Familiarity with reconciliation, data quality, or controls processes.
- Exposure to Python, data visualization, or data transformation tools.
- Prior consulting experience or exposure to system implementations is a plus.
