Purposeful Digital Interactions

Purposeful digital interactions create a better environment for organisations and their societies, and effective analysis and application of social and digital data is the key. You’ll join our growing consultancy as a Consultant. You’ll lead and grow relationships across existing and prospective clients, as well as support business operations such as marketing and business development.

You need to be positive, fast-paced and able to get up and running quickly. You’ll be looking to develop your career and be hungry to lead standout work which shapes what comes next, for all of us. You’re joining one of Europe’s fastest growing businesses (FT), a multiple agency of the year winner during the pandemic, and producer of Europe’s best campaigns (Digiday).

We’re looking for someone with in-depth knowledge of social and digital media, curious about the way people act in that environment and who takes a data-led approach to analysis. You should be able to question and understand client briefings and translate that to the team, lead the consultancy in executing work and plan future strategies and campaigns.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
