Role Description
As a Consultant in our Business Advisory team, you'll work as part of a team to deliver client outcomes and improve quality of life through service excellence across more than one capability area, aligned to Arcadis' values.
- You'll support the delivery of project workstreams by carrying out research, gathering and analysing data, developing insights, and producing high-quality reports and presentations.
- You'll build strong relationships with clients and colleagues, contribute ideas and innovation, and support the successful delivery of project and business initiatives.
- You will demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning, embrace diversity, inclusion and wellbeing, and contribute to initiatives that positively impact our people, clients and business.
Role Accountabilities
- Act as a resource on projects to support the successful delivery of specific outputs individually or as part of a team.
- Carry out research within client organisations and externally to identify and collect relevant data and information.
- Analyse data to uncover insights that inform consulting solutions and sales proposals.
- Prepare reports and presentations for client engagements and business development activities.
- Present findings and recommendations to project teams and stakeholders.
- Develop an understanding of Arcadis' services and client businesses to support performance and career development.
- Build trusted relationships with client and project teams and contribute to positive client outcomes.
- Take initiative in supporting project and team activities under direction.
- Support colleagues through collaborative working and buddying activities.
- Deliver high-quality outputs from project initiation through to completion.
- Support community and non-project initiatives that positively impact the business.
- Embrace diversity, inclusion and wellbeing in all aspects of work.

Qualifications & Experience
- Two to four years' business experience, including experience delivering analysis and insights.
- Advanced research, data gathering and analysis skills.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Developing consulting skills, including project and stakeholder management.
- Able to recognise and work effectively with ambiguity.
- Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Ability to leverage expertise from across the business to support project delivery.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
- Relevant professional qualification or accreditation is desirable.
