As a Consulting Business Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of our clients’ most ambitious digital transformations, you will be the essential bridge between ambitious client visions and actual, high-impact reality. We work with varied organizations in the world to solve their toughest, most complex challenges. Your role is to dive into these ambiguous environments, ask the right questions, and help shape digital and business transformations that genuinely change how industries operate.

As a Business Analyst Consultant, you will support the discovery, design, and delivery of ServiceNow solutions that drive measurable transformation outcomes. You will connect platform capabilities to business value by translating client objectives into functional specifications and implementation roadmaps, leading workstream delivery, and partnering with stakeholders to enable sustainable change.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct business process discovery and analysis; understand current operations and transformation goals
- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications, designs, and process workflows
- Collaborate with technical teams on testing, validation, and deployment
- Participate in design reviews and stakeholder alignment sessions
- Demonstrate understanding of at least one core ServiceNow module (ITSM/ITOM/CSM)
- Ability to translate business requirements into well informed user stories with clear acceptance criteria’s
- Run agile scrum ceremonies and drive the sprint development activities
- Support design workshops and facilitate requirement validation with stakeholders
Essentials:
- Proven hands-on ServiceNow functional delivery experience, demonstrated ownership of discovery or design workstreams
- Hands-on experience across multiple ServiceNow modules on enterprise implementations
- Understanding of IT and enterprise service management processes
- Ability to translate complex requirements into clear functional specs and roadmaps
- Proficiency in documenting designs, process flows, and specifications
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and ability to adapt frameworks to client context
- Strong communication and presentation skills across diverse audiences
- Critical thinking and problem-solving; recommend data-driven improvements
- Passion for delivery excellence and commitment to enabling client transformation

Desirables:
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS) – validate capability but not the primary differentiator
- Familiarity with ServiceNow automation, reporting and workflow capabilities
- Certifies in ITIL Foundation or higher certifications

Enterprise, Technology and Performance
Our clients want to achieve maximum value from digital transformation investments in Finance, Supply Chain and IT operations. That’s where we come in. By taking a holistic view of performance improvement, including strategy, process design and technology enablement, we support the smooth operation of transformations.

We are subject to a number of audit regulations, one of which requires that certain colleagues abide by specific personal independence constraints (e.g., in relation to any financial interests and employment relationships).
